Hotel opens in the metropolitan region of Cologne/ Bonn in the municipality of Erftstadt.

The Roots Hotel Hard is opened in the triangle Germany/Austria/Swiss near Bregenz on Lake Constance.
Project Nautic Usedom
The first IHR project was the Nautic Usedom - Hotel & SPA in Koserow opened in 2021.
Project Roots Erftstadt
The opening is scheduled for 2024. The third hotel of the new hotel group will have 120 rooms, of which 41 are apartments or family rooms, and will be built in close collaboration with the interior architects Kitzig Design Studios. https://www.kitzig.com
That roots hotel in Erftstadt will have two restaurants and a large, stylish conference area. The new hotel building will be located on the site of a former farm, right next to a golf course "Golf Burg Konradsheim" and also offers a wide range of leisure activities for families thanks to its proximity to Phantasialand.
The hotel itself spoils its guests with an infinity pool on the roof of the house, which is a unique trademark for Roots Hotels. In addition, saunas are planned so that a range of sports and wellness facilities will be offered that is unique in the 2-3 star category.

Project Nautic Usedom - Hotel & Spa
The previous owners of the hotel, have managed the hotel with great commitment and passion. For this reason, it was very important to them to find a successor as owner, Rolf Seelige-Steinhoff, who appreciates the region and the people there as much as they do themselves.
The Seelige-Steinhoff family gradually takes over the family business of the Nautic Hotel on Usedom as owner and operator.
